Shipping

We offer the following delivery options:

  • Free delivery on orders over £100 for all orders in the UK
    Arrives within 3-5 business days of completed order processing.

  • Free Global Shipping on orders over the equivalent of £200
    Arrives within 3-5 business days of completed order processing.

Our standard Global Shipping options (note the amounts will be the equivalent in your local currency):

  • Orders less than £50: £25 shipping charge
  • Orders between £50 and £100: £15 shipping charge
  • Orders between £100 and £200: £9.99 shipping charge
  • Orders over £200: Free Shipping

Next day delivery on all items:

  • Available to most areas of the UK for £5.99.
  • Orders must be made before 12pm for next day delivery.
  • Please note: Weekend deliveries will be shipped on Mondays.

Please note:

  • Orders under £100 will be sent using our standard shipping service.
  • You will be notified of any shipping fees at the time of order.
  • The cost of our standard shipping service is £3.99.
  • Standard shipping takes 3-5 working business days.

 

Returns

We hope that you are pleased with your Dubbleware order. If there has been an error with your order or you are not satisfied with the products ordered don’t hesitate to e-mail us at info@dubbleware.com 

Complete the following steps in order to process your return/exchange; 
    Step 1: Please email us at info@dubbleware.com with return you would like to have sent back.
    Step 2: Please specify between – Refund OR Exchange
    Step 3: For Exchange please specify what items you would like to exchange.
    Step 4: If your exchange is more than your original purchase please provide us with contact details that we may be able to contact you during the week in order to process this order.

How do I return or exchange an item?

  Please access our returns portal here.

If you wish to return or exchange any items you must do so within 14 days of purchase (unwashed and unworn). In order to process a return or exchange, items must be returned to us in their original condition including packaging e.g. shoes must be returned within the shoe box they arrived in. Goods will be inspected when returned.

Who pays for the returning item?

The customer pays for all returns and exchanges. The item you are returning/exchanging is your responsibility until we receive it. As a result it is recommended you send the goods to us with a delivery service that insures you for the value of goods. We cannot refund the cost of postage of the item you are sending back to us.

How long will this take?

Please allow 10 working days for your request to be processed and appear in your account. We will keep you informed of any action taken concerning your request.

 

Brexit & Import Charges

Due to recent changes in the UK & EU’s trade agreements, customers living within the EU will no longer be charged VAT on their purchases from Dubbleware.

Please note, your order will be shipped on a DAP (Delivered at Place) service and you may be required to pay duties and taxes on your purchase when it arrives in the destination country. Our courier, Fedex, will contact you in advance of delivering the goods. 

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost might be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

The customer must take full liability for any parcels returned to us due to unpaid customs charges. Postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will all be deductible from any refund due.
